We are actively seeking a Concierge to join our team where we provide a warm and inviting community for our residents to retire in style. We are looking for someone who loves customer service and the hospitality industry who can assist in providing a welcoming environment for our residents and their guests. We are looking for someone to join other seasoned professionals providing a comfortable and exciting living environment for our independent residents. This person will be the face to the outside world, so you need to exude an excitement for excellent customer service. Previous experience is a plus but isn’t needed but you must be willing to learn as well as be interested in chipping in wherever needed. This position is full time 30+ hours per week. Previous experience working with Desktop Publishing, creating marketing materials is also a plus. We are a 24/7 environment so some weekend/holiday availability is necessary, but everyone gets two consecutive days off per week. Schedules are created monthly, so you will always know what your days off will be. Shifts start and end anywhere from 8am – 7pm so there is some flexibility is required. The most important requirement is to be a team player and customer service oriented. Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required as you might be asked to drive a company vehicle.
