We are actively seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for our Premier Senior Living and Retirement Community. You should enjoy working with a diverse staff and enjoy creating positive experiences for others through excellent customer service. We are looking for a leader who is excited about the idea of directing the entire dining experience of our residents. You will be leading and engaging first time professionals; therefore, you are grooming them to be wait staff who exceed expectations, this includes providing all training and mentorship as their direct supervisor. One area that is solely under your purview is managing the server schedules, so you need to excel at organization to keep the dining room running smoothly. In this role you get the opportunity to individually greet and seat residents, as well as monitor and supervise a team of 15-17 servers. Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-centric environment is desired. You should be a natural leader who is passionate about hospitality. This person reports directly to the Food Service Manager. Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required as you might be asked to drive a company vehicle.
